I think you should start over. If you're copying dlls and modifying installer tables you're on the wrong track. It's possible there is a bug in there, but I don't know of any at the moment. Suggestions:
- Use the enterprise documentation. Start here: Acrobat-Reader Enterprise Toolkit Home
- Get your downloads from the ftp site on the same page (above).
- Follow the Wizard guide and Admin Guide.
- Look in the Admin Guide's troubleshooting section. For example, there's a cmd line in there that shows how to specify the lang when using a transform. But there's more than one way.
- Verify you have the serial number for the languages you want to install.
So is this your goal? : Install English only on systems that are English and install English and Norwegian on systems that are Norwegian?
