If I understand your question correctly, you want to utilize the Creative Cloud or Acrobat Subscription with Windows Terminal Services.  That likely won't work because of the way the Adobe Licensing works. You have or will probably set up PROFILES so that they cannot write to the server or host image which is a pretty standard setup.  This will create session specific licensing activation. The result will be that every time that a USER logs on to a new WTS session it will activate or at least attempt to activate a new Adobe application license.  This will eventually use all of your licenses on the Creative Cloud / Acrobat Subscription.
