Yes, I've created a verbose installation log.

The only thing that comes to mind when looking at the log file is that perhaps our license key is not accepted. I'm not sure though.
We have a single language license and I also install only one language so this shouldn't be the issue I guess?
Btw, what I forgot to mention. I can install Acrobat 11.0.0 without any problems. Works like a charm.
But I can't install it with the latest update.
