Your post led to the discovery of a bug. Docs will be updated with the following:
"For DC products, it is a current known issue that after deployment there is no way to identify whether Acrobat Professional or Standard has been installed. For both products, the SWIDs and GUIDs are identical. A fix for this issue is planned for a future release."
