Hi Steve, Thank you for your reply. I have Adobe Reader XI and Adobe Technical Communication Suite 5 installed. But based on your reply, I found these instructions for enabling the Adobe Acrobat or Reader PDF viewer for Firefox and Chrome. The instructions work, so I am marking this question as resolved.
