Referring to the below that you suggested I've looked at the "Verify your payment information" and it says we have
- "Creative Cloud Free Membership" under Plans (but we have a site license)
- We have no products under "View your products"
- Order History we have nothing listed
Why has our account been wiped?
We really need this sorted, we have students with deadlines and they are unable to complete
There are no serial numbers associated with the Adobe CC membership.
