we have inside our company still the need for installations of

We have more that 50 sites Global with this need.
For the Kace 1000 we want to create silent unattended Packages for this software packages.
These packages must be available that users can install own their own via (User Console Library)
Issues;
The installations breaks (log file) at the point where serial is asked. also if i have created answer *.mst file (blank Serial Field)
Is there a possibility to skip the serial or put in a trial Serial that our site administrators put in the local purchased Serial Number after installation.
Or is there a installation String available for silent / unattended install without Serial Input?
