We are creating Shared Reviews initiated through Acrobat Pro XI and published onto a SharePoint server. All our users are using Acrobat Reader XI. However most but not all users accessing these PDF Shared Reviews using the link provided by Acrobat Pro XI are unable to see the yellow commenting toolbar along the top of the page, and therefore are unable to publish their comments. What could be causing Acrobat Reader XI to not recognize the PDF as a Shared Review?
