Hi Cara,
If you ask me about Acrobat, then i can surely say these formats are not supported by Acrobat for conversion to pdf file format.
Moreover A search on the internet about these format leads me to "JEDMICS C4 and CALS are raster (bitmap) image formats developed by ..." so logically the most probable software from Adobe that can open these file formats are Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
But Unfortunately, I don't see these file formats mentioned in the KB Doc list of 'Supported file formats' for these two products :
If you can export these image formats to any of the popular image formats (*.jpeg, *.png etc ) then i believe you can convert the resultant file to .pdf format.
