Re: AcroTray.exe has stopped working - Terminal environment

I have the same problem with Acrobat Pro 12 on a Windows 2012R2 Remote Desktop Service.

The Acrotray.exe will plant regularly and at any time. In a session of a user often had the error message when the user was a right click on a file.

Someone would have a solution?
