Re: 11.0.0.379 PDF Plug-In For Browser?

I looked at the http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-view-pdf-web.html link.  I think it has something to do with running mismatched Reader XI and Acrobat X.   As soon as I removed Reader XI, the Reader plugin for Chrome pointed to the Acrobat folder (10.1.6) and it works! 

I did not realize running mismatched Reader and Acrobat is a problem. 

It might have to do with my weird upgrade path from Reader X (10.1.5) to Reader XI (11.0.2).

I did try the following but it didn't work:

Update Acrobat X (10.1.5) to 10.1.6

Repair Reader XI and Acrobat

Since we don't have the budget to upgrade to Acrobat XI, then I will stop deploying Reader XI with Acrobat X.  Probably don't need Reader with Acrobat anyways.
