Tech support told me to post my question here trying to install Acrobat on a new machine volume license key telling me it is invalid.

I tried contacting Acrobat licensing and they told me to post my question here. I have a volume license for Acrobat 9.

I uninstalled it from the old machine and tried to install it to the new machine. When I try to install it the installer tells me the key is invalid.

The key is not invalid, I got it from the Acrobat volume license webpage associated with the account.
