So, for whatever reason, Acrobat will not launch. Adobe rep tells me it must be because we have them blocked. We don't, they're whitelisted. In fact, taking a PC off the network and using an aircard to access the internet, with no firewall whatsoever, gives the same result. We don't implement Windows Defender, so that is not the issue. We paid a lot of money for software we can't use. I see in this forum and in other searches that others also have this issue. Not happy.
