This error is being fixed by Adobe on their own time. After working with them for quite some time they acknowledged the issue was theirs and stated they would fix it. However, they will not tell me when they fix it – they suggested running the updates as they come out and when the problem is resolved, then they fixed it. If it doesn’t work, roll back to version 11.0.0 again.
