Here is some info:
- Many admins use the boostrapper method rather than AIP method because the latter requires starting over with each update.
- MSIs are always delivered in the main langs with every quarterly. See the FTP site for the downloads.
- The MSIs are contained in the EXE. Extract it. You'll get the setup.ini file and abcpy.ini file. The Wizard uses both.
