Hi mohammeda27936110, Please never post your serial number on forums as it can be used by others.The serial number is not for this version of Acrobat. Make sure you have installed the correct version....

You can disable tools quite easily, but users can always re-enable them. The only sure way to restrict content editing is to apply security (encrypt). Your options include those in the screenshot.
