I can't speak for Adobe, but I think they don't offer this. I think you need a license per named user.

What is your definition of "floating license"? Are you installing in a virtualized env that users in your org access? Ben

Acrobat products have no way of interacting with 3rd party products. The install assumes you want an Adobe product to own PDF, and the ownership settings can only control which Adobe product does that....
