some laptops are having a problem to convert pdf to doc offline, its asking for internet connection to convert, the licenses are full version and works good with rest of the laptops ,if anyone can help...

Have you seen this happen? I wonder if the users are actually trying to use the Export PDF function instead of the Save As function. Watch what the users do.
