Does Our Adobe Acrobat XI Pro MUI support

Hello,

  My company has a serial number for Acrobat XI Pro but we are not able to configure it to use Germany or French Language support

 

Below errors made me to assume that our serial number dont support MUI install:

 

screen shot of error during Installation after altering MUI section of Adobe Customization wizard 11.0 and screen shot supporting this from PDF which guides Customization wizard editing.

 

i tried giving German, French languages together in "Acrobat MUI language Section" in Customization wizard which will set automatically LANG_LIST property.

I have installed a greater version 12.0.41 and it is a x64 version. I know that is looking for a particular version of C++ Runtime and that is 12.0.21005, but what i'm asking is if Acrobat works fine with a grater version of C++ Runtime? Because if i include the IGNOREVCRT64=1 I can skip the check and the app installs without error, but i want to be sure if the full functionality will be affected.

It "should" work as it's still within the same "12.x" versioning number, but I would recommend testing on at least one machine in your environment.

The ability to use other languages within Acrobat XI is based on the serial number.  While the Adobe Customization Wizard XI may be able to configure the languages use that you desire (English, German, and French), your serial number may only be designated as English.  You will need to contact Customer Service about a different serial number to enable the ability to use English, German, and French.

過去のAcrobat 8を使っています。

まだまだ使えるので使っていこうと思っています。

1.最近、ライセンス解除ができなくなりました。

2.調べていくうちシリアル番号が変っていることにきがつきました。

3.それは別として、使っているAcrobatの解除ができなくなっています。

4.当然ながら認証もできません。

5.使っているOSは、WinXP、WinVistaからアップグレードしたWin7で、交互に使っています。

6.XPのサポートはなくなりましたが、自己責任で使っています。

7.今まで問題なく使えていたのに、両方ともエラーがでるようになり、最終的には上記のように使えなくなってしまっています。

8.どのようにすれば良いか、途方にくれています。

 

 どなたか、アドバイスをお願いします。

Adobe Acrobat DC Single Use Activation

Ok, I am in need of some guidance on activating my licenses for adobe acrobat DC.

 

Adobe support can't seem to wrap their heads around this when I call/chat with them but here is the situation. I have a single adobe account that I manage all of my users licenses with. I have bought 4 single Adobe Acrobat DC licenses, 1 adobe acrobat pro DC license and I also have one creative cloud membership all under this account.

 

What I am running in to is I will install the adobe acrobat dc standalone installer and it takes my license to install it and completes successfully. However when I launch acrobat I wants me to "sign in" to my adobe account. First time I did this was fine didn't care.

 

However now I am seeing that what is happening is when I "sign in" it is activating it under my creative membership and NOT the single license I inputted. Obviously this becomes an issue after just 2 activations and am having a hard time trying to activate my single licenses. I have tried bypassing the sign on but it just closes the program instead and does not give the option.

 

I tried running a "trial" install to activate later but cant get past the sign in page.

 

Does anyone else have this issue?

Hallo,

 

I'm trying to license Adobe Acrobat 2017 for a Citrix 7.6 provisioning environment. When I run:

adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=<SN> --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-17-Win-GM --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

 

The serial number is from a TLP License program.

 

I get a return code 19.

 

I'm Using Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition for CS 6 (Windows).
I've tried using LEID=V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM      (same error)

 

Please help.

Can you please confirm if you are running the command from your machine from admin command prompt?

With Acrobat Pro XI standard practice was to install Reader. Is the same true for Acrobat DC users?

I can't download the e-license for AA 8.1.0 Professional

I am trying to re-download adobe acrobat 8.1.0 professional on my computer. When i get to the download e-license step I get a "Unable to connect to the internet" message. I tried downloading the e-license through different networks and I get the same message so it can't be the firewall. I first noticed this issue about two weeks ago and have not found a solution for this. Can anyone please help me. Thank you

I have a non-profit license, downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro DC2015 and it says license code is not correct. Where do i find the download for this SKU???

I already have Acrobat installed. The E-license is what is giving me a problem.
