This is Acrobat X.  That' pretty old but the install seems to be erring on the Product region.  Did you customize the MST file?  If yes, can you share it?

Tenho uma licença do Acrobat Pro 11, é uma licença com ativação local, gostaria de fazer a ativação em um ambiente virtualizado com acesso remoto. Este ambiente não poderá ter acessos simultâneos mas alguns usuários poderão intercalar acesso e usar os softwares instalados, entre eles o Acrobat Pro 11.

Gostaria de saber se isso pode ser realizado ou não, e se existe um documento Adobe que autorize este processo.

I have 5 serial numbers (10 total licenses) for Acrobat DC.  Everytime I sign in on one computer, it screws up someone else in my office.  I talked to support today and they told me that he isn't showing any of these licenses as being used.  I have entered the correct serial numbers every time i install.  I am getting so frustrated.  I have too many licenses and is still telling my I don't have enough.  All serial numbers are registered under my account.  Can you only so many licenses under the same Login?   Anyone else experiencing this?  Any advice is welcomed.

I have Acrobat Pro 11 that was bought two years ago and successfully used couple of months.

Now, after long break I'm trying to use it again. It works a few days but then says "Your Adobe Application Manager is corrupted... Please download it from ... URL" (I'm using Ukrainian version the quotation may be inaccurate).

I’m reinstall Acrobat a few times but it not help.

What should I do to fix this problem and use Acrobat normally?

PS. I already have Adobe account and already register my Acrobat there.

I am wanting to assign a value ($36.00) to a name if placed in one to five fields and add the total. Example: Field 1 = John, Field 2 = Left Blank, Field 3 = Paul, Field 4 = Pam, Field five left Blank. The there with names would be $26.00 each and so the sum of the five fields would be 3 x $36.00 = $108.00.

We recently purchased a block of perpetual Acrobat DC 2015 Standard and Professional  licenses.

Unlike the past where IT could download the install from LWS and enter the key for the install, now the install wants us to create an Adobe ID for each user.

We can understand that for a subscription purchase but why are we getting this for the perpetual licenses.   This is not practical or sustainable for every end user to be asked to set up an Adobe account.  We don't want to have to do that which is why we bought perpetual. licenses under TLP.

We contacted both Adobe support and our reseller for help and they both gave us guidance on how to get around this but neither worked.

We got a special download page from Adobe support but that did not work.    It still demands an Adobe ID.

We got guidance about using the offline exception feature from our reseller and that did not work.  Error message:  Offline exception grant process failed

Can anyone help us with how to get this installed?

We have a number of user who are being prompted for automatic updates, I have checked their registry to ensure bUpdater is set to 0, which it is, any ideas for other settings that might cause this.  Our package has been configured with the Acrobat customisation tool not to update and for most users is working as intended, thanks.

Sometimes other apps (such as antimalware) get it into their heads to claim an update is needed. Or  browsers seem (wrongly) to suggest it. So please post a screen shot showing the update message.

Adobe stop supplying the old product when the new product is available. Acrobat DC is the current version. Volume license customers may have some options to keep running old software and obtain new licenses for old software, but retail customers do not. New volume customers probably do not, either.

Your volume license administrator can set up depoloyment options to avoid this. You definitely should not have been sold retail product, if that is what you have; each one does need an individual and personal Adobe ID.

You have five individuals using the software, correct? It doesn't sound like it, but this would certainly happen if you had subscriptions; each subscription of the retail product needs a separate Adobe ID for the individual using it. Volume licenses give options to administrators to work differently.

I didn't think retail permanent licenses had this limitation, but it would certainly make sense for each of the five individuals to have their own Adobe ID to activate it.

Is it possible to audit what users are actually using the features of pro?  I understand I can get the last used date, but I would like to avoid cases in which users are using pro to view PDFs.  All I care about is whether or not a user needs pro vs. reader.  We would like to get an accurate count so we can migrate users from Adobe X Pro to Acrobat DC Pro.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Coming back to this after a while.  A couple of things...

- Acrobat Standard does NOT have a Trial Mode.

- If you use Acrobat Pro in this scenario use the Adobe Command Line Properties in the script/ Setup.ini file as opposed to the MST file to set EULA Acceptance, Default PDF Ownership, and then use a command line switch to set the reboot option.  Something like "/norestart".
