Hi deborahf,
IN addition to Test Screen Name, You may refer to the steps given in the following for the same: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
Thanks,
Shivam
Hi doug.allison,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting above mentioned error on your windows machine, is that correct?
Could you check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates
Reboot the machine after installing update and check.
Also, check if full trust notifier.exe exists under C/program files/windows apps/acrobat notification client,....
Thanks,
Shivam
There are no updates available.
yes the FullTrustNotifier.exe exists in that location.
I found a solution :-)
Delete this reg key through GPO

Please let me have a sample xml file, which is InTune compatible, with configuration for removing DropBox and Other Locations from the deployed app.
I have already visited Enterprise Mobility Management — Enterprise Guide for Acrobat on Mobile Devices
Thanks!
Have you read the Acrobat Reader Enterprise Deployment Toolkit? It includes info on getting an MSI/MSP combination. Don't see any need to download scripts.
Also, make sure you have a Reader Redistribution License on file, and current.
Hello Torend,
I am sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused, the record shows that your current Adobe ID(email) is associated with Acrobat Standard DC for team subscription and Acrobat Pro DC Team subscription in which your email address is added as a secondary admin.
You can view and manage the plan and the license from the Admin console, log in to Adobe.com>Manage Team. Manage your teams membership
You have to assign the available licenses to the user and have to add their email addresses to the license, the users will get invitation emails and after accepting the invitation email, they will be directed to download the application and once they are logged in, the application will get activated.
For individual installation, you may use the URL Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) for Enterprise or VIP licenses
For enterprise license, you or the IT admin have to create a package and have to deploy to the machines, for detailed information about creating the package and deploying it, you may refer to About Adobe Creative Cloud Packager
You may also contact the chat support team for further assistance Contact Customer Care
Feel free to update this discussion for further assistance.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
We would like to update Adobe Reader DC to the latest version via msp files via SCCM. Is there an easy way to deploy the msp updates via SCCM? What is the best practice for these updates deployments? What is the best way to install Adobe reader DC and its updates during OS deployment - software disstribution?
I am unsure how to get Acrobat Pro Dc to open as it wants me to verify an incorrect email address. We have cancelled the original purchase on the incorrect email address, repurchased on the correct email address/adobe id and reinstalled software but it still automatically requests email verification on incorrect email address.
I keep getting error code 150340 when installing Acrobat Reader using silent args.
If I start installation manual by double click, installation done successfully.
Please help!
Here's an old thread about the same error that was answered by an Adobe engineer: Error code 150340
We want to deploy Acrobat Pro 2017 to workstations assigned to users.
We do not want to "invite" users to create their own individual Adobe accounts and install it themselves.
However, the licensing site for Acrobat seems to be set up to assign it that way.
How do we change this so I can download the Acrobat DC Pro package to our network and push it out to workstations with SCCM as needed.
We need to have this centrally managed, not have users do their own installations.
Many users don't even have admin rights to install this on their own anyway.
Users come and go, so we do not want licenses tied to external user accounts that we have to maintain outside of our own domain.
SCCM deployment is supported for any licensing type. Very common install method. See the admin guide for details.
Just install the Classic track with a serial. You need a volume license or license for every user with Acrobat access.
After purchase, we received a link to set up "teams" who get invites via email. Each user has to create their own Adobe account and install and register Acrobat themselves like this:
We don't want to deploy it that way.
Are there separate Classic 2015 and 2017 versions of DC Pro like there are for Reader DC?
I'm trying to find and download the installation files for the Acrobat DC Pro 2017, but I can only find Acrobat Pro 2017, which I assume is the Continuous track that auto updates..
Many users don't have admin rights to install updates, so I don't know if the automatic updating in Pro 2017 will work for them. If not, we need to disable updating and deploy the updates out via SCCM instead.
