So do I need to manually input these keys?
Re: How do I disable cloud services after installing Acrobat DC?
Most admins use the Wizard to tune the product prior to deployment.
Re: How do I disable cloud services after installing Acrobat DC?
I've modified the wizard for these changes, but we've installed half (about 30) of the machines. whats the best way to change the cloud settings without uninstalling and reinstalling?
Re: How to Remove the "Sign In Required" that launches after install?
After you get the serial number you can disable the sign in prompt using the below workflow.
1. Download the Acrobat Customization Wizard (CW) from: Adobe Customization Wizard
2. Launch the CW and open the package for Acrobat (Acropro.msi)
3. Provide the serial number in the 'Personalization Options' tab and click on Grant Offline Exception button.
4. Save the package and use the Setup.exe to install the customized build.
Make sure that the machine on which CW is installed is connected to internet.

Unable to delete temporary Z@.TMP files from user profile folder (Adobe 11.0.10 on Windows 2012 R2)
Hi Adobe, hope you can help us..
Present setup:
Windows 2012 R2 RDS Server (terminal servers)
Adobe Reader XI 11.0.10
(User profile setup, is based on standard Roaming profiles, with a standard group policy cleaning the local profile up during logoff)
Issue:
The main issue is related to the adobe reader application generates som Z@...TMP files within the users profile folder (local temp), and this files can not be deleted until the terminal server have been rebooted.. (in a terminal server/multi user environment, can the terminal servers not be reboot when users logoff, and when the users logon agin will the generates a new profile folder, eg User1.001, User.002, leaving the old folders in a mess)
Question:
At the present time, have we tried Adobe Workaround1 and Workaround2 http://blogs.adobe.com/dmcmahon/tag/acroct-ini on the present setup, but with no result, (but we can also see this description is addressed to earlier Operation Systems)..
We have also looking into Adobe´s Forum sites, where we can see issues related to the same topic but on older operation systems,
eg (Unable to delete temporary files), but we can not find answers from Adobe related to this questions dates sep14..
Q1:
Could you please help us with a workaround for the above mention windows platform (Windows 2012 R2 RDS with Adobe Reader XI or newer)
Q2:
If the present workaround1 and 2, should be supported on a Windows 2012 R2 platform, can you please help us with a more detailed description for implementing this, (eg. the present workarounds mention C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Windows that does not exist on a Windows 2012 R2 platform.
We are looking forward to hear from you,
Kind Regards
/Steen Jensen
Re: Sharepoint 2013 PDF check out and open option
I have no idea if this helps, as I am not tech savvy. But I did have this exact message today and have resolved it. Here was my issue and resolution.
I couldn't open a pdf document I had just saved in a folder I created on our company drive ( just like I always do). However, I could view/open that same pdf if I opened it directly from the email I received it in (I use Microsoft Outlook). Also, I could still view/open other pdf's previously saved throughout my other computer files. Just not the newest pdf that I had saved.
I figured out that where I was trying to save the pdf had a file path that was too long (for whatever reason. - maybe this is exactly what you guys are trying to fix... I don't really know). In other words it was saved in a folder that was 8 folders away (deep) from my computer drive. For some reason that seams to be the cutoff length for my adobe. Anyway, I simply saved the pdf one folder up and it works perfect.
Hope this helps in some way!
Marie

How do I get the standard Windows Save As dialog box back in Acrobat DC?
The new Save As is clunky and takes way to many steps to do a simple Save As. Is there any way to get rid of it and use the standard Windows one?
registry setting to turn off "Yes, I would like to share anonymous information"
Is there a registry setting to turn off (uncheck) "Yes, I would like to share anonymous information on how I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC"? We are wanting to push this to many computers at one time instead of manually unchecking.
APPCRASH Acrobat.exe Version 11.0.10.32 App Timestamp 547e97af
Adobe crashes periodically, with an un-recoverable error. I have reinstalled the software, and it works for a week or two, then crashes again. I think the crash is associated with the use of the Adobe.pdf printer, but I am not sure what is causing it to happen.

Adobe Customization Wizard Error code 14
I'm trying to build an Adobe Acrobat package following the instructions from http://tv.adobe.com/watch/acrobat-it-tips-tricks-tutorials/customization-wizard-xi-for-mac -os-x/. When I try to create the final package the Wizard errors out showing a code 14. I looked that up and got this: The APTEE tool called from within returned an error. See /tmp/oobelib.log for details. I'm attaching the logs because I cannot figure out why the package is not being created. I can't figure out why the serial number is not being validated.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
